The Retention Insights SMS program sends text messages to opted-in participants as part of our AI-powered employee listening and culture-assessment process. Messages may include interview invitations, questionnaire prompts, participation reminders, and brief follow-up prompts related to your organization's culture and retention initiatives.

How to Cancel
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to our phone number and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
